It’s that time again! We are raising money for practice space. With all of the new fresh meat that has come through the door, we are in desperate need for additional practice space! So! To raise some cash, we are selling Coco Brooks pizzas! Nom, nom, nom!
Just hit up any member of the league for more information or to place an order! Orders can be placed until June 28th! Pickup for these yummo pizza-pies is July 16th!

Last night, the Kill Jills took on the B52 Bellas of the Calgary Roller Derby Association! It was an intense and tough game. The ladies of the CRDA took the win with a score of 282 to 85. But your Jills played their hearts out (especially in the second half) and are extremely proud of their game. And they certainly learned a lot!
Congratulations to End-Her Wiggin on being voted at the Jills MVP by the Bellas!
The Jills next bout is on June 8th (our first home bout!) as they take on the Deathbridge Derby Dames! And at the same double header, our Glenmore Reservoir Dogs will be taking on Red Deer’s Dreadnaughts!
Starting this weekend, we are moving to our Spring/Summer Practice Schedule.
New practice times are as follows:
• Jills: Tuesdays 7-9pm
• Dogs: Thursdays 7-9pm*
• Fresh Meat: Saturdays 10-noon
• Juniors: Saturdays 12:30-2:30 (same slot, same place)
• League: Sundays 10am-1pm
Drop-in skaters are welcomed to join us during Fresh Meat and League for a $5 drop-in fee. If you are interested in dropping into our team practices, please contact the captains/coaches to ensure that the practice is open. Sometimes practices are closed to dropins when we are gearing up for a big game or event.
*PLEASE NOTE: The Dogs will not practice this Thursday, their new schedule starts on May 9th.
